The Saturday Night Live alum was fresh faced, shunning make-up as she ran errands.
Maya had to eat on the run as later on Thursday night she performed along side Elvis Costello and the Roots at the fame Carnage Hall for a tribute to Prince.
The charity evening featured Maya and her Prince tribute band Princess.
And while she made sure to keep covered up in a long trench coat, someone forgot to tell seminal music magazine Billboard that she was still keeping her pregnancy secret.
